Liftmaster 971LM

Just the other day I read a story about someone who was riding around in their car with a Liftmaster 971LM garage door opener trying to see if their remote would work on anyone's door. I'm pretty sure that in the story, they did open someone's garage door with their remote. I just went on the American Garage Door Co. website, and found that to be absolutely impossible.

All remotes, especially the Liftmaster 371LM models, are made with rotating codes for optimal security. Supposedly, it has 100 Billion Code technology, so the chances of opening a random garage door are incredibly rare. I know for a fact that the Liftmaster 371LM is a very safe remote to have.

I also know that Allstar Classic remotes are just as safe. While they might not boast the same technology, the Allstar Classic uses completely different technology to effectively provide convenience and security at the same time.

Sure, there's a small chance that someone might accidentally open your garage door with their remote. But the odds are slim that your home will get broken into by a thief with a garage door opener. If you're still not convinced, try opening other doors with your remote. I bet almost anything that you won't open a single door except your own.
